Delivery Type:

• We offer our own local delivery service in Victoria while our partner couriers and removalists deliver on our behalf for interstate customers.
• For regional areas, we offer white glove delivery on a quotation basis and some of our smaller pieces via palletised curb-side delivery. 
• You will receive white glove complimentary upon delivery for all ground floor deliveries to metro areas as of April 1st, 2023.
• If you are not eligible for complimentary white glove please reach out to our team for a quote to your area. 
• As part of the white glove service, the delivery team will assemble your item and remove any packaging upon delivery.

Shipping Rate: calculated in cart. If there are steps, lift access or flight(s) of stairs on the way where the pieces will be placed, extra charge of $80-380 for furniture delivery applies at checkout.

• Designed by En Gold Directors, Steff and Matt, named after their daughter Daisy. This is their first co-designed piece.
• This chair has been designed for a stool seating approach to dining. The soft upholstered, thick cushioned seat offers the main support where the backrest is designed as an aesthetic element, rather than a true back support.

• Please note that the Daisy chair is constructed using 50mm thick moulded Lucite.
• Very slight irregularities may occur in its profile, this is part of the nature of the material and the way it's crafted.

• Lucite is a type of acrylic material. Care should be taken to avoid sharp edge objects as it will easily scratch. Light surface scratches may be able to be removed using a professional polisher.
• Our lucite pieces are wrapped in white foam. This can leave slight residue behind. Simply clean off with a soft damp cloth, light pressure may need to be applied to work the residue off the surface.
• For basic cleaning we recommend using a clean, microfiber cloth specified for glass cleaning along with glass cleaner (such as Windex) This may need to be done after unpacking your piece to clean off any residue from the packaging materials.
• The upholstery used is of synthetic composition. We recommend using a damp, clean cloth to spot clean. For thorough cleaning we recommend using a professional upholstery cleaning service.
