Collection for all of our pieces is available from our warehouse located in Williamstown North, by appointment. If you would like to arrange collection please contact us to make an appointment.

Local delivery to the Melbourne area is available for a small fee. If you are more than 30km from Williamstown 3016 please contact us regarding delivery availability.
Interstate freight is available for all of our pieces. We have trusted and reliable specialised furniture freight carriers that we can partner with to make all freight arrangements for you. Please note for our heavier items or for multiple items, you will not be charged freight at checkout as they require a personalised quote which is determined by the size and delivery location of your order. Once your order is placed at checkout and received on our end we will endeavour to request a freight quote within 48 hours and make contact with you for approval.
Due to the nature of our products we send our plinths via specialised TNT courier services. The Medium and Large Plinth require pallet jack access upon delivery. If you have limited access please email us directly at email@example.com to provide further information.
Some regions have pre-calculated freight at checkout, regional and rural areas may require an additional surcharge.
Due to the nature of our products we send our vintage through a furniture freight specialist to avoid passing through multiple hands and ensure our pieces arrive safely and un-damaged.

Prices are based on one man, ground floor delivery only. If you require a service above ground floor and cannot assist with unloading (if needed) please contact us for a freight quote.

All of our wares are posted via a nominated courier service. We allocate 2 days per week to send out all wares orders, although we will endeavour to send your order out to you as soon as possible please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. Postage time frames can depend on whether you are located in a regional or metro area, public holidays and weekends.
Some of our homewares and artworks are made to order, please read product description for availability. If time is a concern for receiving your order please contact is to get current stock availability.
Please note that in order to keep our shipping costs down we cannot send your order to Australia Post Parcel Pick up locations and in some circumstances we may not be able to deliver to PO Box. Please ensure you have a residential or commercial business address available for delivery.
