Delivery Type:
- We offer our own local delivery service in Victoria while our partner couriers and removalists deliver on our behalf for interstate customers.
- For regional areas, we offer white glove delivery on a quotation basis and some of our smaller pieces via palletised curb-side delivery.
- You will receive white glove complimentary upon delivery for all ground floor deliveries to metro areas as of April 1st, 2023.
- If you are not eligible for complimentary white glove please reach out to our team for a quote to your area.
- As part of the white glove service, the delivery team will assemble your item and remove any packaging upon delivery.
Shipping Rate: calculated in cart. If there are steps, lift access or flight(s) of stairs on the way where the pieces will be placed, extra charge of $80-380 for furniture delivery applies at checkout.

Please allow an additional 2 weeks to be dispatched from our warehouse.

- Sydney Metro area: 5-7 days
- Brisbane / Gold Coast Metro area: 7-10 days
- Melbourne Metro Area: 3-5 days
- VIC Regional: 5-7 days
- Adelaide Metro area: 5-7 days
