All sales are final; no exchanges or refunds will be granted.
1. By purchasing items from our warehouse sale, you accept them in their current condition.
2. All products available at our warehouse sale are either samples, seconds, excess stock, damaged, or repaired, resulting in the item's sale price.
3. Warehouse sale items do not come with a warranty. Accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that your pieces will not come under any warranty.
4. Pick up of the items must be arranged by the purchaser and picked up on the same day as purchase.
5. It is the customer's responsibility to check over the item before purchasing.
6. Repairs can result in different wear and tear and should be treated carefully. En Gold is not responsible for any further damage to an item once in the customer's possession.
