Yes. We do offer Trade Account partnerships for Trade Industry Professionals within Architecture and Interior Architecture Industries.

This is the month that your order will arrive in our Melbourne warehouse.
We allow the entire Month for it to arrive and an additional 2 weeks for the warehouse team to book it in for collection with the assigned third party freight company.
Once it has left our warehouse you will receive an email notifying you that you order is on its way.
From there the freight party will contact you directly to advise when they will be delivering the order.
Please note that depending on your location this may mean that you will receive the order in the month following the pre order listed.

To be able to make this possible, we work with natural stone, meaning each piece is unique and made to last a lifetime.
For the same reasons, we believe in producing in small and limited quantities, in order to support our efforts to avoid overproducing and ensure we continue to reduce wastage whilst investing in the growth of our community of artisans and makers.
Delivery & Pickup
We freight most of our pieces Australia wide, except WA and NT.
Your location and proximity to a major city may affect whether an item can be delivered to your door.
We offer our own local delivery service in Victoria while our partner couriers and removalists deliver on our behalf for interstate customers.
For regional areas, we offer white glove delivery on a quotation basis and some of our smaller pieces via palletised curb-side delivery.
You will receive white glove complimentary upon delivery for all ground floor deliveries to metro areas as of April 1st, 2023.
If you are not eligible for complimentary white glove please reach out to our team for a quote to your area.
As part of the white glove service, the delivery team will assemble your item and remove any packaging upon delivery.
The delivery charge on your invoice is for the price of a ground floor standard delivery as well as any additional charges for stairs/lift access as required.
If stair or lift access is required to your door or to the desired room for placement, you must select this or advise the sales person before checking out in order to qualify for complimentary white glove.
For interstate customers, you will receive text notification updates on your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
If you are unable to accept delivery on the days provided please arrange for someone to accept the item on your behalf, provide an alternative address for delivery or reach out to the freight provider on the number provided to request a hold or reschedule.
Changes to the delivery once the item has left our warehouse may be subject to additional costs.
The freight charge on your invoice is the base rate for a ground floor delivery to your area, if you are within 55km of a major city you will receive complimentary white glove upon delivery of your order.
Shipping fees vary depending on your location.

All of our furniture is handcrafted and made from precious native and natural materials.
We want to ensure that all of our pieces are delivered from our makers in the Philippines to their new homes safely.
Due to the fragility of stone this process does require specialised care, equipment and additional time.
For this reason, while we cover the cost of assembly and rubbish removal for you, an additional charge will be applied at checkout if you have steps or if stair or lift access is required for your delivery.
The rate varies slightly depending on your order and location so please check the rate at checkout.
If access to your home or desired room is restricted or difficult please reach out to us to provide details and photos.
Whether a delivery is deemed safe and viable is at the discretion of our freight providers at the time of delivery.
We will ship all the items together once we receive the pre-order items.
Yes. We freight all of our pieces Australia-wide except WA and NT. As pieces are made with stone they can be fragile and quite heavy – so some pieces may require a personalised freight quote, particularly if you are in a regional area. International shipping is an ever-growing part in the company.
We have international stockists around the world and you are able to purchase En Gold furniture at the select stores.
We encourage you to stay active on our social media account and newsletters to be kept in the loop for when we become available in your area.
If you are waiting on a delivery from En Gold and you will not be at the address or have a specific window of time that you would like delivery to take place, please notify the salesperson or leave a note on your order when purchasing online.
If you will not be home but would like to appoint someone else to accept the delivery on your behalf, please reach out to hello@engold.com.au with your order number and the name and contact number for your appointed recipient or details of an alternative delivery address.
If you are contacted by the freight company to advise that your delivery is on its way, your piece has already left our warehouse on its way to you and redelivery fees will apply.
If the requested hold exceeds a period of 4 weeks, hold fees will apply for storage of your order.
You will not receive a phone call before your order is dispatched, to avoid any additional charges please let us know of any unavailability or delivery requirements.
Our local pickup is available Wednesday, 8:30AM - 3:30PM at En Gold Warehouse.

In stock items may take up to 5 weeks to dispatch from our Melbourne warehouse, according to the freight carrier transit schedules.
For clarity on how that might look: If an in-stock order is purchased it could take up to 5 weeks for the order to be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse when a carrier has scheduled in to travel between Melbourne and SA.
Once dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse you will receive an email notifying you of this, for SA please allow up to 14 days for delivery to occur.
The third party freight provider will contact you 24-48 hours out from delivery to advise when they will be delivering.
En Gold Pieces
Don’t be afraid of natural stone- it’s not as difficult to care for as some may think!
All of our stone pieces are honed, sealed or polished so they have been treated with end use in mind.
Regular cleaning with a warm damp cloth with a gentle soap is all you need from day to day.
If you would like to protect your En Gold piece from stains, or need to remove a stain, we offer a range of top of the market Lithofin products that will assist with keeping your stone piece in premium condition.

Yes, all of our plinths are constructed from 14-20mm stone slab with mitred edges.
They come with a plywood footed base to ensure they are sturdy and protect your floors from damage.
Our plinths range from 25kg-40kg depending on the type of stone and size.
All of our Estrella pieces are made using a traditional Filipino furniture making technique.
The limestone boulders are carved into tiles and aligned on a hollow timber carcass, which means they are not as heavy as they look!
Our coffee tables are all approximately 30-35kg.
We do not offer custom made pieces and all of our designs are made in set dimensions.
As our pieces are constructed using natural stone, the origin of the materials depends on where that particular stone is naturally found and quarried.
We work with stone quarries from all over the world, including Turkey, Phillipines, Spain, Portugal, Italy and China, to name a few.
Our pieces are designed by En Gold in Melbourne, Australia and are manufactured with our partnered stonemasons and craftsman in Australia, China, India and the Phillipines that employ highly skilled staff and offer state of the art machinery.
Each manufacturing partner is hand selected for their quality, skill and craftsmanship. We are proud to partner with worldwide and local trades that align with our values, supports skilled craftsmanship and fuels local economies in each region.
