Delivery Type:

• We offer our own local delivery service in Victoria while our partner couriers and removalists deliver on our behalf for interstate customers.
• For regional areas, we offer white glove delivery on a quotation basis and some of our smaller pieces via palletised curb-side delivery. 
• You will receive white glove complimentary upon delivery for all ground floor deliveries to metro areas as of April 1st, 2023.
• If you are not eligible for complimentary white glove please reach out to our team for a quote to your area. 
• As part of the white glove service, the delivery team will assemble your item and remove any packaging upon delivery.

Shipping Rate: calculated in cart. If there are steps, lift access or flight(s) of stairs on the way where the pieces will be placed, extra charge of $80-380 for furniture delivery applies at checkout.

• Handcrafted by our artisans in the Philippines.
• Each piece is handmade from start to finish.

• Mahogany wood is a straight-grain tropical hardwood.
• The stained finish will come with its own set of graining and characteristics.
• Although variation is low, each piece is unique. The seagrass-woven seat is handcrafted, so imperfections are to be expected.
• If there are any protruding strands, carefully trim it back to the same length as the flush surface of the seat.
• Slight imperfections are a part of the handmade process using this natural material, this is what makes each piece unique and should be expected.

Although we try our best to represent our products accurately, colour may vary depending on screen resolution and device.

• Please take care when moving your piece.
• Do not push or drag along ground as this may cause structural damage.
• Avoid using the item for any purpose other than it's designed used, this includes standing on top of the item.
• Designed for indoor use only.
• Avoid contact with substances that contain an acidic component (such as citric foods/drinks or some sticky tapes) as they may cause etching.
• Avoid leaving moisture or wet substances on the surface of your item for extended periods as this may cause damage to the finish of the stain.
• To clean simply use a damp soft, clean cloth to wipe the surface.
• Avoid any abrasive or harsh cleaning products that are not specifically designed for this material.
